The product contains patented type of creatine monohydrate, characterized by its high bioavailability. In muscle tissues creatine is bound with phosphate to phospho-creatine. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine).

Ingredients: 99.3% buffered creatine monohydrate, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate, capsule (gelatin, colour: E 171).

Recommended use: on training days – swallow 1-2 capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules before training; on non-training days – swallow 1-2 capsules before breakfast.
